Delivery
At Shabby Duck Gifts & Vintage Finds we want to ensure delivery costs are fair.
I have standard delivery costs of £4.99 for the UK and £8.00 for the Republic of Ireland for purchases up to £60.00, after which delivery will be free.
Delivery times will be between 2-5 days, if you need the items quicker than this I will try to arrange a faster delivery for you.
Collection
Shabby Ducks & Vintage Finds Shop also offer a free pickup service. I will contact you when the goods are ready for collection and we can arrange a date and time between us
If you are unhappy with a purchase you have made in our gift shop or home decor section you can either request an exchange or refund for the price of the product that is returned in it's original packaging within 14 days of receipt.
We cannot refund delivery charges incurred in sending and receiving items. We are not able to exchange earrings for hygiene reasons, this does not affect your statutory rights.
You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so we recommend that you take out enough postal insurance to cover the value. Any goods returned should be in saleable and unused condition.
If any product is damaged or faulty upon receipt/delivery please email us and we will arrange a replacement or refund. We operate a strict notification of faults and damages policy so we can investigate. Notifications to us must be made within 2-3 Days of delivery made to you.
